Oviya Kumaran

Oviya Kumaran is a Policy Associate at Americans for a Clean Energy Grid (ACEG). Before joining ACEG, Oviya was a Presidential Sustainability Research Fellow at Swarthmore College, where she reported on air travel emissions, researched decarbonization trends, and developed educational materials on sustainable air travel. She also interned at ClearPath Strategies, contributing to research-driven campaigns for clients like Uber and C40 cities, and at Clean Water Action, advocating for environmental policies. Oviya graduated from Swarthmore College with a B.A. in Environmental Studies and Political Science.
