Wednesday, July 16 (Washington, D.C.) — ACEG Executive Director Christina Hayes issued the following statement on the appointment of former Energy Secretary Dan Brouillette to lead the Edison Electric Institute (EEI):
“ACEG looks forward to continuing our work with EEI under Secretary Brouillette’s leadership. We appreciate his focus on achieving energy independence and improving grid reliability, which will require the buildout of high-capacity transmission.
