Washington, D.C. (April, 1, 2022) — On Friday, April 1, 2022, ACEG filed comments in FERC Docket No. AD21-15-000 to address the issues discussed in the February 16, 2022 meeting of the Joint Federal-State Task Force on Electric Transmission. Within the response, ACEG urges the Commission to establish minimum interregional capacity requirements to ensure that reliability and resiliency benefits will be available in the future.
